Responsibilities:
- IT Ticket Management:
- Efficiently manage and prioritize IT tickets using specialized tools such as Ninja One.
- Provide timely resolution of technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime for end-users.
- Mobile Device Management:
- Demonstrate proficiency in Verizon MDM for managing and configuring mobile devices.
- Configure iPhones and troubleshoot mobile-related issues.
- Network Administration:
- Maintain and optimize network infrastructure, including servers and switches.
- Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions to enhance performance.
- Software and Hardware Installation:
- Install, configure, and update software applications across the organization.
- Perform hardware installations and upgrades as needed.
- MS Office and Adobe Administration:
- Administer MS Office suite, ensuring optimal performance and user support.
- Provide support for Adobe software applications and troubleshoot related issues.
- Basic Programming Skills:
- Possess fundamental programming skills to assist in scripting and automation tasks.
- Collaborate with the development team on basic programming-related tasks.
- Excel Expertise:
- Utilize advanced Excel features for data analysis, dashboards, SQL, reporting, and spreadsheet management.
- Provide support and training to end-users on Excel functionalities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist with a focus on ticket and mobile device management.
- Strong knowledge of network management, server administration, and switch configurations.
- Proficiency in MS Office administration, Adobe software, and basic programming skills.
- Experience configuring iPhones and managing mobile devices using Verizon MDM.
- Demonstrated expertise in installing and troubleshooting software and hardware.
- Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
